To request more information about hosting your conference/event, please submit the form below.

Conference Services Procedure:

  • Please fill out this request form at least 14 business days prior to the start date.
  • Requests are reviewed and a response e-mail is submitted within two business days.
  • Upon our review of your submission, a conference services associate will contact you to discuss details, availability and respective pricing/rates.

Please note that restricted access to campus facilities during the academic year (September – May) may result in requests being declined during such times. Our annual conference season includes the summer months of June, July, and August.
